Dr. Tonya & Ricky Moore — Founders
Dr. Tonya Moore (B.A., MBA, MMHC, Ph.D., DTM) has 20+ years of management experience and has served in higher education for over 15 years. She earned degrees from Tennessee State University, Bellarmine University, and Fort Valley State University, and her doctorate in Human Capital Development from the University of Southern Mississippi.
Mr. Ricky Moore (B.A., Finance) brings 25+ years of manufacturing experience with several Fortune 500 companies, with a bachelor's degree from Tennessee State University. Together, their transformational training pedagogy — teach, coach, and meaningful application — is always delivered with legacy in mind.
The Moores have provided premarital, marital, and crisis-intervention counseling to couples for over 20 years. They co-founded The Middle Georgia Community Healthy Marriage Initiative and spearheaded train-the-trainer sessions for non-profits, faith-based organizations, and corporate communities across Georgia.
Beyond couples, they specialize in organizational development — leadership, team building, effective communication, career coaching, and change management — as well as re-engineering tools for veterans and college-bound youth. The ITC staff will help you understand your why and live life on purpose.
